Thank you for your interest in the PRINCIPLE Trial. We have been experiencing an extraordinarily large volume of registrations but if you are already registered on the trial we will try to respond to you as promptly as possible.

Your interest and contribution to the PRINCIPLE trial is greatly valued. Thank you for helping us in our search to evaluate if treatment administered early in the course of the COVID-19 illness can help those at higher risk recover quickly, without the need for hospital admission.

Help find treatments for COVID-19 from home

PRINCIPLE is a UK-wide clinical study from the University of Oxford to find COVID-19 treatments for recovery at home.

We are looking for medicines that can help people with COVID-19 symptoms get better quickly and stop them needing to go to hospital. PRINCIPLE is recruiting participants through this website and also through GP practices across the UK.

PRINCIPLE is  open to all with ongoing symptoms of COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status.
